Gabija Skučaitė

I'm a researcher and Phd student focusing on investigating leadership role in fostering meaningful work through embodied collective sense-making in organizations. My practical experience in organizational management led me to search for the theoretical approach of how to find meaning in our regular routines at work and to create organizations that  stand out not only for doing business, but mostly for creating the meaning. In my research I combine semiotics, business philosophy, neo-materialism and organizational theories. My biggest aspiration is to create a theoretical framework for organizations and help them to become not only places for work, but for meaningful lives.
