Dr. Inga Minelgaite is an Associate Professor in the School of Business at the University of Iceland. She is a specialist in interdisciplinary work, researching issues of leadership behaviour and management, and how these are reflected within national identities, and business and societal culture. As such, the social sustainability topics of gender equality, preferred leadership behaviour and female leadership in industry have been central themes in her work to date, which culminated in the recent publication of a book, entitled ‘Demystifying Leadership in Iceland: An Inquiry into Cultural, Societal, and Entrepreneurial Uniqueness’. In 2018, she also established and continues to manage the Institute of Project Management at the University of Iceland.
