Dr. Jolanta Jaškienė

Dr. Jolanta Jaškienė gained her Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Vilnius University (Kaunas Faculty of Humanities). In 2021, Jolanta defended her doctoral dissertation on The Human Resource Management–Research Performance Linkage in the Higher Education Context at ISM University of Management and Economics. Since September 2023, she has been a Postdoctoral Researcher at the IÉSEG School of Management in France. 

  

Jolanta has been working in the education sector for more than 15 years, where she has held various administrative positions, including Senior Research Manager at ISM University of Management and Economics and has participated in staff mobility training at BI Norwegian Business School (Norway). 

  

Jolanta has completed PhD courses both at ISM University of Management and Economics and at BI Norwegian Business School (Norway). Jolanta has also participated in internships as a visiting scholar at Maynooth University, School of Business (Ireland) in 2018 and 2019 (as of research visit grants from the Research Council of Lithuania) and Southampton Business School (UK) in 2023 (under the Erasmus+ program). She has presented her research at various international conferences and workshops, including the Academy of Management (AOM), the European Academy of Management (EURAM) Conference, the European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS) Colloquium, and the Conference of the Dutch HRM Network. 

  

Jolanta was a Co-lecturer of the Introduction to Scholarship Course (Doctoral Studies) and delivered seminars on using a simulation model for HR decision-making at ISM. 

  

Jolanta was awarded a doctoral scholarship for her academic achievements by the Research Council of Lithuania in 2016 and 2019.
