15 years of experience in business development, operations, project management, communications, startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Vytautas has started and developed Uber’s operations and business in Lithuania which at its peak reached a team of 7 people, as well as shared his experience and led a 3-month project in Uber India headquarters.

He has hands-on experience in three startups and has been wearing quite a few hats as a CEO, CFO, sales and partnerships manager, working on marketing, investor relations and multiple other tasks.

He has mentored, coached, and advised a few hundred startups, mostly in the early stage. The topics range from business models, operations, marketplaces, idea validation, product-market fit, business development, B2B sales, finance to team formation and roles, employee stock options and vesting, raising investments, investor relations, pitch decks and pitching. He has also acted as a lead coach in acceleration programs, jury member and host in various startup selection programs, hackathons, bootcamps, discussions, webinars, including a few at ISM.
