We are seeking a motivated Business Development / International Marketing Intern to join our Baltic office in Vilnius for the summer.

Main job responsibilities
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Support the creation and implementation of business development and marketing actions to promote our services internationally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to create engaging marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Support client relationship building.
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations of business development and marketing activities.

Who are you?
 Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
 Proactive and self-motivated individual with a passion for learning and a strong desire to succeed.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
 Fluency in English (verbal and written); knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage.
