Dominykas Karpovic is a business adventurer aiming at solving social problems with the tools of humanities. He has established ventures in various sectors that successfully elevate the markets they operate in: an award-winning universal feedback platform "Sype", an employee-empowerment tool "patogi" to name a few. Dominykas has an unconventional perspective into the entrepreneurial world combining philosophy, psychology and business management that fosters qualitative leaps and purposeful creative process. Currently Dominykas is a Chief Innovation Officer at a Critical+Xwhy Research and Design agency, a board member at Social Business Association, and a lecturer at International School of Management.
