Marius Kušlys is a lecturer and PhD student at ISM University of Management and Economics. Marius completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at ISM University of Management and Economics and has been working at ISM since 2016. In 2020, Marius participated in the LRC- funded research project " Industry 4.0: Addressing Challenges for Productivity, Employment and Inclusive Growth", presented the results of the research to the Ministry of Economy and Innovation, as well as to the Panevėžys business and political leaders, and at the conference "The Course After 2020 Shock Therapy - Transformation of Regional Economy". In 2022, he participated in the 6th Austrian Economics Meeting Europe and the 4th Baltic Economic Conference. Marius has published two textbooks for school and university students.

At ISM University, Marius teaches macroeconomics, mathematics, and statistics. In 2022, he was awarded for initiating and adopting peer-to-peer consultations in mathematics courses.
