Prof. dr. Viltė Auruškevičienė is the Vice-President for Studies at ISM University of Management and Economics (ISM)
She obtained her doctorate degree in social sciences (management and business administration) at Kaunas University of Technology, completed the Habilitation procedure at Vytautas Magnus University. In 2008, the ISM Senate granted her the pedagogical title of professor.
She is a Board member and an International Director (Eastern and Central Europe) of Marketing Educators’ Association (US), a member of American Marketing Association (US), a member of European Marketing Academy and an editorial board member of Baltic Journal of Management.
Her research focuses on consumer cross-cultural behavioral issues in real and virtual environments and value co-creation. Vilte Auruskeviciene has delivered lectures at Aarhus University (Denmark), Ljubljana University (Slovenia), Manchester University (United Kingdom), IPAM Instituto Portugues de Administracao de Marketing (Portugal). She has presented her research results at numerous international conferences, including the American Marketing Association conference, Marketing Educators Association conference, European Marketing Academy conference, British Academy of Management conference.
She won a Lithuanian Government scholarship for research at the University of Warsaw (Poland), did an internship at the University of Tokyo (Japan), led two research projects funded by the Lithuanian Research Council (total budget 180 thousand EUR).
Vilte Auruskeviciene was an advisor of three successfully defended doctoral dissertations. She currently serves as an expert of the Lithuanian Science Council; as an expert of the Study Quality Assessment Center; as a member of the Study Committee of the Rectors' Conference of Lithuanian Universities; as a Board member of the LAMA BPO; as a Senate member of the ISM and as a Senate member of the General Jonas Žemaitis Military Academy of Lithuanian.
