Course goals
The course focuses on the practical application of theory, models, tools in the process of business development. All other modules are designed to support students on their journey of understanding and practicing sustainable exponential businesses.
They will follow the Lean Startup cycle BUILD-MEASURE-LEARN and apply critical thinking and creativity in defining the problems worth solving, ideating and creating solutions, prototyping them and testing, building business and monetization models, business plans, creating promotion strategy and attracting investments.
Course results
- Will be able to design and execute crowdfunding project/scout investment for the business idea.
- Will be able to demonstrate solid rapid prototyping skills.
