As the (Price Management Systems) PMS Data Support you will focus on the accuracy and the reliability of all the price points and price attributes allowing JM to do business with its customers in a safe way. You will be actively supporting in maintaining, and improving wherever possible, a centralised pricing tool reflecting all the business requirements. The scope of this role is to cover the full Clean Air organisation.

 

The purpose of this role is to support the centralisation of the management of all the price points and pricing attributes to create a solid pricing governance, limit/stop value leakage, improve cash flow and build JM's credibility towards its customers.

Your responsibilities:
• Support the Price Management Systems Manager (PMS manager) in the transformation of the price management from a manual/fragmented process to a fully automated/centralised process.
• Ensure the communication of the contracts is reflecting an exhaustive view of the price points and attributes to be applied for the said contracts.
• Implement and deliver frequent and regular checks of the price points and attributes, as well as the validity dates.
• Ensure a smooth update of the prices is conducted through the PMS.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Customer Service and Product Line Management to identify and correct any bug, discrepancy that may occur.
• Participate to the budget, forecast and sales plan exercises to deliver accurate and reliable pricing information.
• Generate BI reports to assess the performance of the Pricing strategy including but not limited to: Quote win rate for contracted and non-contracted customers, claims win rate, PVCM analysis, toxic products analysis.

 

Requirements for the role:
• Relevant degree, preferably quantitative-focused, e.g., Economics/Business/Finance/Statistics.
• Preferably experienced working with Excel, MS Office.
• Preferably experienced with SQL, Python.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in an international environment
