Thanks to the '100 Talents' program, students can focus on their academic development without worrying about financial obligations and allocate more time to pursue other activities. Instead of pondering how to cover the cost of their studies, they can dedicate more time to academic excellence or engaging in additional socially enriching activities. This program is particularly suitable for those who wish to spend their study years in Lithuania and study at a university known for its relatively strong academic programs within the Lithuanian context. For me, studying in Lithuania and at ISM University also meant that I could more easily balance my studies and work, and upon graduation, I found a professional field where I want to further specialize," - says Paulius Rauba, an ISM alum, participant of the '100 Talents' program, who is continuing his studies at Oxford.
The opportunity for free education emerged through the joint efforts of the business and ISM University communities. Each academic year, approximately 20 percent of the scholarships are established by patrons, while the university funds the remaining studies. Over the eleven years of the '100 Talents' program's existence, nearly 350 students have had the opportunity to pursue higher education at ISM University of Management and Economics for free.
