Scientific supervisors – prof. dr. Ilona Bučiūnienė (ISM), prof. dr. Mogens Dilling-Hansen (University of Aarhus, Denmark).

The dissertation was prepared at the ISM Doctoral Program in Management, organized together with the University of Aarhus (Denmark), BI Norwegian Business School (Norway) and the University of Tartu (Estonia).
