Congratulations to dr. Eglė Poškienė, whose doctoral dissertation “Line managers‘ caring for employees in HRM implementation” was recognized as the best in Lithuania in the fields of Economics and Management “Best Dissertations in 2020” contest! Scientific supervisors – prof. dr. Rūta Kazlauskaitė (ISM).
The dissertation was prepared at the ISM Doctoral Program in Management, organized together with the University of Aarhus (Denmark), BI Norwegian Business School (Norway) and the University of Tartu (Estonia).
The competition is patronized by the President of the Republic of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda.
