During the event, Professor Jean Philippe Bonardi will give a lecture on corporate governance. Professor Jean Philippe Bonardi is ISM’s Executive MBA lecturer, who came to Lithuania from the University of Lausanne (HEC Lausanne), one of the leading universities in Switzerland.
The event will conclude with a panel discussion with Jean Philippe Bonardi and Dr. Dalius Misiūnas, the president of ISM University of Management and Economics. During it we will discuss the role and effect of a company board on the development and adaptation of an organization's strategy.
