Studying managers choose to solve specific complex problems of management science or practice through this research project based on literature and situational analysis, research, and various managerial, science-based tools and logic. At the same time, they consolidate their expertise in relevant areas for organizations, the market, or themselves.

Accordingly, the master's thesis substantiates the student manager's ability to systematically accumulate, synthesize and apply knowledge to solve complex management problems by planning, preparing and defending an integral and independent project. After completing the module, you will be ready to create value professionally:

• By developing a specific managerial topic or issue in detail, basing the discussion on classic and recent scientific works, managerial practice, secondary and primary data analysis
• By analytically, comprehensively and, in some cases, in a non-standard way, presenting an approach to the actual problem
• By presenting the topic and the problem analysis in a unique way in writing and orally
• By supporting the insights with a reasoned analysis of the literature, providing a reasoned opinion and a choice of tools to solve the problem
• By properly designing the research design and methodology to solve the problem
• Being able to choose and carry out a valid and reliable study or secondary data analysis (modeling), based on the results of which it is possible to unambiguously discuss the interrelationships of phenomena, factors affecting the object of interest and/or their consequences, predict future scenarios, choose a solution suitable for the company as a whole
